Nothing-But-Net Basketball Tournament
Entry Rules

 

 All players must be 8 years or older (based on age on day of event).

Waivers:  All players must register and sign and waivers.  You must have a waiver form for each player.  It is advisable to mail waivers to at least a week before the event.  If not, you must bring these to the tournament on game day in order to be eligible to play.    If players are under 18 years old, their parent or guardian must sign their waiver.  Teams will not be registered without all parent or guardian signatures.

Entry fees are $75.00 per team if all players are under the age of 16. If any player is 16 years of age or older, the fee will be $120. Late entries are on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Each player should be prepared to provide driver's license and/or birth certificate at registration check-in.

Register Team:  Team must have at least 3 players and no more than 4 players.  Four player teams are recommended because of injuries and the possibility of a player being fouled out.  Games will be forfeited with less than 2 players.

MAILED ENTRIES MUST BE POSTMARKED BY THURSDAY JULY 22, 2010

ONLINE:  Have Team Captains register team and pay entry fee.  Although players can be added later online, it is advisable to register all players when registering the team.  You must download a waiver form for each player and bring these to the tournament on game day in order to be eligible to play.

ONLINE REGISTRATION DEADLINE:  SUNDAY JULY 25, 2010 5:00PM

HAND DELIVERY:  Have ALL FOUR players fill out the registration form in ink and hand deliver form with a check or money order made payable to NOTHING BUT NET.  If paying with charge card, enter credit card info on form.
