Waivers: All players must register and sign and waivers. You must have a waiver form for each player. It is advisable to mail waivers to at least a week before the event. If not, you must bring these to the tournament on game day in order to be eligible to play. If players are under 18 years old, their parent or guardian must sign their waiver. Teams will not be registered without all parent or guardian signatures.

Youth Players (ages 8-18) will need to provide proof of age (birth certificate, passport or driver's license) at registration check-in. Failure to do so will forfeit games until compliance is met.

Register Team: Team must have at least 3 players and no more than 4 players. Four player teams are recommended because of injuries and the possibility of a player being fouled out. Games will be forfeited with less than 2 players.BY MAIL: Have

ONLINE: Have Team Captains register team and pay entry fee. Although players can be added later online, it is advisable to register all players when registering the team. You must download a waiver form for each player and bring these to the tournament on game day in order to be eligible to play.
