ONLINE follow this link   Have Team Captains register team and pay entry fee.  Although players can be added later online, it is advisable to register all players when registering the team.  You must download a waiver form for each player and bring these to the tournament on game day in order to be eligible to play.

Q:  What are the age groups?

8-9 year olds
(with 8' hoop)
16-18 year olds 19-25 year olds
10-11 year olds   25-30 year olds
12-13 year olds   30 + year olds
14-15 year olds    

Q:  What are the team format rules?

A:  You need to register at least 3 players and no more than 4 players on your team.  If you are still hoping to get your fourth player, you have until your first game to register that player; please do what you can to arrive early to get the paperwork done. 

Q:  Do we need proof of age?

A:  Yes, youth brackets (ages 8-18) will need to bring proof of age. Documents such as birth certificates, passports or driver licenses (for 15-18 year olds) are acceptable.

Q:  What is the minimum team number?

A:  To start a game, the minimum is 2 players, less than that is an automatic forfeit. 

Q:  Can a female be on a male team?

A:  Yes, the team will play in a male division. 

Q:  Can a male be on a female team?

A:  Yes, the team will play in a male division.

Q:  How do we find out when our games start?

A:  Division Brackets with start times will be posted on the web page by the Thursday before the tournament day.  Team Captains will be emailed when schedules are posted. 

Q:  When do I have to arrive for check in the day of the tournament?

A:  It is advised to come at least one hour early for your first game to make sure you have time to check in and get your player ID bracelet before your game starts.  Games will start at 8:00am and registration opens at 6:30am.
IF THE PLAYER IS UNDER 18 AND HAVE NOT HAD A PARENT SIGN THE WAIVER YET, THE PARENT MUST BE PRESENT TO SIGN THE WAIVER, OTHERWISE THE PLAYER CANNOT PARTICIPATE IN THE TOURNAMENT.
Extra Waivers

Q:  Do we need to bring a light and dark shirt?

A:  Yes, you will need to bring both light and dark shirts.  In case of color conflict, the top team on the bracket will need to change shirts.

Q:  Are there prizes for winning our division?  

A:  Division winners each receive a champion t-shirt and a $20 gift certificate.  Second place winners each receive a $10 gift certificate. 

Q:  Can we enter a coed team?

A:  Yes.  Coed teams will play in the male division. 

Q:  Can 10 year old boys play on a 10 foot hoop?

A:  We changed the age brackets so 8 & 9 year olds play together and play with an 8 foot hoop.  Ten year olds will play with a 10 foot hoop and will play in a 10 & 11 age bracket.

Q:  My birthday is on the day of the tournament.  Which age group do I sign up for, the age I am when I register, or the age I am the day of the tournament?

A:  You register in the age group you will be on the day of the tournament.

Q:  Can I register my team now and pay later?

A:  No.  You will need to pay when you register

Q:  What are the rules?

A:  The rules are posted on the web page.  The referee decision is final.

Q:  Is there a Slam Dunk Contest?

A:  No, we have discontinued the Slam Dunk Contest.  Scheduling a time on the center court for the event affected the scheduling for the teams.
